Safari not downloading ANYTHING?

Hey guys, I got another computer problem to share. For 2 months now I've had airport extreme (though I got the 1 terabyte replacement a week ago) and I've switched from verizon to optimum online. Now for some reason, every download I try doesn't do anything. I click the download button and refresh the page 6-9 times and nothing, and funny thing is my internet speed (viewing sites, etc) is pretty fast. Another weird thing, though every download site doesn't work, rapidshare still does and occasionally megaupload, too. I don't have premium on any of these <.<
Does anyone have this problem or know how to fix it? Would be appreciated some help.

I use wireless and my internet speed is in the attachments.

Is the Extreme directly connected to the ISP modem? Did you try resetting the modem (power it off for 3 minutes and power it back on) yet? Once the modem is back on connect the Extreme back to it and in the Extreme make sure you are getting an IP from the ISP modem. If this is DSL some DSL modems act also as a router so consult the ISP manual (or web page) to see if this is so the case. If it is so then you will have to get into the ISP modem/router and see if it is doing NAT (Net Address Translation) and if so then you will have to put the Extreme into "Bridged Mode" so you don't get that dreaded "Double NAT" error on the Extreme. This could explain your unique problem.
