Safari Pop-up controls

Is there anyway to change Safari's pop-up controls?? I need one site to come throw with a pop-up (school related) and i hate having to shut off pop ups and turning in back on

I think if you go to preferences in Safari you can select to block or un block pop ups.

It's either on or off -- you can't specify specific pop-ups to appear and the rest to not appear; it's all or none.

I'm thinking PithHelmet or some Safari-style enhancer program may achieve this, but I'm not sure.
