I have an airport express with my MacBook Pro and my husband just got his own laptop. Does anybody know how I set up internet/safari with just us being able to get on it. I can't figure out how to put a password on it so that only the two of us can use it and other people can't use my connection....
Thanks,
Jess

Not 100% sure about this - Because I haven't got an AirPort Express Router!

With most routers, there is a system which only allows certain Mac Addresses to use the system,, This is not Mac as in Macintosh, this is A Mac Address which the Mac Address of your wireless adapters. I would reccomend you read up on Mac Filtering in the manual of your AirPort Express users guide. once you have this working properly, use the internet to investigate WEP security!

Not sure how much of this helps, hope it does though

How did YOU setup the wireless? If you launch (from your machine that has been on the wireless)/Applications/Utilities/Airport Admin Utility and once in there highlight your Airport Express and then click on Configure. Once your Configure window pops up, select "Change Wireless Security". Here you can set a password for anyone to get on your Airport Express (IMHO WPA2 Personal is the best).
