SCSI OSX driver

I am running ADVANCE 2911U SCSI contoller in my G4 Gigabit Ethernet 400MHz with OS9.1!! Since I am planning to switch to Panther I try to find OSX driver for that SCSI card but no luck. Can anybody share any advice?? Is there a substitute driver or something?? I cant find Advance home page....am I supose to buy new SCSI controller only because of Panther????

In checking over Apple's KB web site, I found out that you do not need an additional driver with 10.2.1 which leads me to believe that you will not need an additional driver installation with Panther.

There is an Apple driver for 10.0

I installed Panther yesterday but I cant mount my external SCSI HD. Panther doesnt even see my ADVANCE 2911 SCSI controller in my G4 400. Any new advice??

Who made the card?
I just did a search at www.versiontracker.com and www.macupdate.com with the word SCSI driver. Both came up with serveral drivers. VersionTracker had a longer list.
Check them out and see if one will work for you.

vedor is ADVANCE and looks like it is not in existace anymore. Do I realy need to buy new SCSI controller to switch Panther??!

Sounds like you might need to -- Panther also dropped support for the popular Adaptec 2930/2940 cards, I believe.
