sharing files between accounts

Hi, I'm using Tiger 10.4.8.

I've set up an admin account and a user account.

I would like to transfer a large directory of (photo) files from admin to user, but can't find a way to do it

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Both Users will have a Shared folder in their Users folder. Just drop the files you want it that then the other user on the machine can get them.
