Sheet Music Composition Software OS X 10.4.3

Does anyone know either a good bit of Sheet Music Composition Software for OS X 10.4.3 or a way to get OS 9 Classic Setup to work on a Mac Mini?

GarageBand sold by apple is suppose to be such software. But it depends on what you want to do. I did a search on music composition macintosh and got many hits.
