I posted this here, so I don't hogg the other Post.

I have 2 FAT 32 Part. and 2 HFS part one with Mac OS X Tiger and another With Mac OS X Tiger.

How can I get rid of one of the Tigers .... and both FAT's without losing my data

(I'm getting a Ext. hard drive soon)

OK, why do you want to dump OS X's native disk format? Do you want to just use this disk for Windows?

That's _not_ what he intends to do. He wants to transform it into one HFS+ partition.

I'd do it like eric2006 said, basically:

1.) Get that new drive and use it as the interim-backup. CCC the Tiger installation you want to keep onto the new drive (formatted wholly as HFS+ volume) and backup the FAT32 partitions to folders on the new drive.

2.) Start up from that new drive.

3.) format the internal drive the way you want.

4.) CCC the Tiger installation back to the internal.

5.) Do with the external whatever you want. :)
