Sleep-mode problems

Some time now the sleep mode of my Apple is not working correctly. I can put the machine to sleep but somehow it manages to revive itself in 10 minutes...
Strange thing is this behaviour started after my upgrade to Tiger. Any ideas??

A program is calling home and waking your Mac up to do it. To trace it down down three things: 1) Check your System Preference->Energy saver and make sure something has not changed. 2) Trace down the program by looking at your logs. Go to /Applications/Utilities/Console and look at the logs, as soon as the event happens and look for what is causing the problem. 3) Reset the PRAM. Good Luck.

Problem solved!! But I am ashamed about myself
File-sharing was still enabled!! :p And one of the other computers in my home-network was calling the Apple from its sleep :D

Still, thanks for your suggestions :)
