Sound Studio to MP3?

Is there anyway to make Sound Studio save files in MP3 format? If not, is there any easy way to convert the files afterward?

If you can export them as WAV or AIFF files, you can convert them to either MP3 or AAC with iTunes. Simply drop the file into a playlist, right click on the file, and choose "Convert" or "Encode" (can't remember which) and the file will be converted as to the specifications you set in the Preferences of iTunes.

Sound Studio's native format is AIFF, so no problem there.

Second time I'm pushing this today but its nice software... try LameBrain on versiontracker. If all you need is basic encoding iTunes probably does the trick, but LameBrain uses the unix based lame encoding engine and gives you a lot more flexibility over things like bitrate and encoding quality, and gives you a couple other options like variable bitrate and average bitrate encoding. Also nice if you just want to encode things and don't necessarily want them imported into your iTunes library.
