Spotlight

I have Launch Bar, and feel it is a great app.

Now I was reading on CNet.com to active a spotlight search you have to press Command + Space. Those are the same commands for using Launch Bar.

Now is there a way to define the command to use Spotlight?? Instead of Command, it would be Control or Option?

Yes, I'm pretty sure you can set the spotlight shortcut key, as I seem to remember this as being among the list of 200 new features (it stuck out as one that makes you say "Oh, come on, you're counting that?").

actually, the key is CTRL-Spacebar, but you can always set it to anything you want.

Actually, it is command-spacebar, unless you changed it to control-spacebar, or you're using a non-Apple keyboard (with control and alt keys).

hm..interesting, that means Tiger must have automatically changed mine after recognizing that Cmd-spacebar has been assigned to Quicksilver.
