Start up of server services before logging in

Does anyone know if the Mac OS X server's services will all be up and running after an automatic restart in case of e.g. a power outage before logging in as a user?

The reason why I am asking is that I just want to know that my mail and/or web services will still work without me having to log in as a user if I am at a remote location and unable to reach my mail server directly.

Thanks for your help.

Everything should start back up as long as it is set to in Server Settings if you are using a 10.2 server. If the server does a full reboot there is no reason why the services will not start up.

Only if you have them set to auto-start. If you have them set to manual start, they will not start until you log in and start them.
