My PowerBook needs a new logic board ...

they so far have replaced...

the screen
battery
powersupply
and now the logic board...

why should I be waiting almost two weeks for this computer to be finished?

Because you are a patient customer :D
As a service tech, I see a range of repair times by Apple depot. normal is 3-5 days, although the estimate if you ask before repairs begin is 7-10 business days - gives them some room for problem units (such as yours, apparently) Parts sometimes go back-order, the longest depot repair I have had took exactly one month. It's better if they fix it right the first time :)
