System Preferences descriptions cut off

So ive been having this issue with System preferences. The descriptions are cut off at the end so that words are missing. Im new to OS X so if this is normal and theres a way to see all of the words then please let me know. i attached a photo of my issue. thanks

Have you used some sort of haxie or system-level hack to change your fonts?

If so, change them back. The font (or font weight) used in your System Preferences is not the font (or font weight) it's supposed to be. It's too bold on your system, and it's not supposed to be.

I did use some tweak app. Forgot what it's called but I though I didn't change anything with it. But ill reinstall it and see if I can fix it. Thanks
