System Prefs lost an icon?

hey, i restarted and when i opened system prefs, my Cds and dvds prefpane lost the icon, its just blank with the text. is there any way to fix this? thanks!

It says 10.2.8, but it applies the same in Panther.

haha cool. i remember this exact thing happening (same icon disappearing too!) over a year ago, i just forgot how to fix it. thanks again.

if its been an issue for so long, how come apple doesnt just incorporate a fix in an os update?
