Target Display Mode on 21.5" Late 2013 iMac?

I used to have a mid-2010 iMac and used Target Display Mode with my PC Video card. The cable was a mini displayport (plugged into the iMac) to Mini DisplayPort (plugged into my video card).

This same cable plugged into my Thunderbolt won't work. No video from the PC. Does anyone know if the 2013 iMacs support Target Display Mode if I can find an actual Thunderbolt to mini displayport (plugged into my video card)?

Target Display Mode. In this mode your iMac can serve as a display for another Mac. This is supported via the Thunderbolt port using a Thunderbolt to Thunderbolt cable (not supported via a Mini DisplayPort cable)
