toast 7.1.3 crashing

Hi, I have Roxio Toast ver. 7.1.3. When I launch toast it opens just
for a couple of seconds then crashes.

My system
power mac dual 1.8 ghz
80 gig drive
768 ram
Tiger 10.4.11

First find the serial number for the Toast program. Then go to /YourHardDrive/Users/YouUserName/Library/Preferences/ and move any Prefernces file with Roxio in it's name. Just don't delete the files yet and then try to launch Toast again. You will have to put back in your registration info and toast serial number again though. If this doesn't work then you can just move those files back and report back if it doesn't work. Also report back if this does work, Good Luck.
