An old trick is to toss out the Preference file for Toast (after you copy down your Toast Serial number). The Preferences file should be kept in /YourHardDrive/Users/YourUserName/Library/Preferences/ and should be the file com.roxio.Toast.plist .
You will have to put in your registration & Serial number but should work.
