Total Bandwidth Monitoring?

Is there ayway in MacOSX or a program available which can tell me the total size of data I have downloaded/uploaded?

If you're using broadband internet, like cable or ADSL, that caps your bandwidth, then they probably have a web-based utility that will tell you.

It always frustrates me when people don't google...

It took me about 5 seconds to come up with this page :

Go down a ways I see at least 2 maybe 3 "network bandwidth monitors"

Try them out, they should be what you are looking for..
