Trouble Loading Quicktime Video Clip From Server

Why does this message appear when I try to access a quicktime video clip that I stored on my OSX web sharing folder? It does this to many of the video clips I try to store on the server.

\"Forbidden

You don\'t have permission to access /races/races.mov on this server.

Apache/1.3.14 Server at 127.0.0.1 Port 80\"



All the web pages that I created load fine, except for the races.mov (4.5 mb video clip) that I stored on the server.


Thanks for any help you may have.
 
Permissions are "read and write" by default of OSX. I haven't changed anything. It is a direct file from that was created with IMOVIE. It opens fine on the desktop.
 
Ahh yes you were correct the permissions were set to "others" as "no access' be default of Imovie. I wonder if this is how the program acts for all its users or just in my case? Weird that they would design it in such a way. Thanks for your assistance.
