two independent screens

I'm have os x 10.6 and two displays. I'm want use two independent desktop in this displays. For example, now, If I'm change space in first screen it changes in second screen two. I'm can disable this and use two independent screens? For example, I'm want: If change space in first it no change in second screen

You have Mirroring on in your monitor preferences. Turn this off and you will get your separate screens back.

No, I'm can move window to second screen, but if I'm change space in first display, it change in second too

No, you cannot have independent "spaces" in two different screens... at least not right now in Mac OS X.
