unable to access folders under other user names

guys i have an imac g5 running 10.4 (tiger)and the problem is that we have multiple users loggin onto the same machine.each of us have our own logins but i have the administrator rights.however i am unable to open user created folders when logged in from my account....i usually get an error message stating that i dont have sufficient system priviledge to open the folder.

HELP!!!!!!!!!
 
Yes, you don't have access to most folders in other user's home folders. You will have access to any files/folders in that user's Public folder. Other users can also put files/folders in the Users/Shared folder. All users have access to that folder.
