After burning a CD the folder "Untitled CD" remains on the desktop and it's impossible to remove it. The computer says I don't have the permission. How do I remove it?

Click on the folder and do a 'Get Info' (or the key combination command key+i). Once the is open click on the 'Details' arrow and give yourself permission with your password.

I have tried that, and I am the owner and i do have read & write permissions to the folder.
The problem is that an unexpected error uccurs when I try to delete it. The error code is -61 which is "wrPermErr: write permissions error".
No one at the office are able to delete the Untitled CD folders after burning.
I never saw this in 10.3. Could this be a new "feature" in tiger?

I don't think this is a "new feature" in 10.4.x. if you can drag the file to you Trash can go to the Finder and select 'Securely Empty Trash'. This should get rid of the file.

I'd try umount from Terminal:

umount -f /Volumes/[nameofcd]

That often works for me when stuff won't unmount from the GUI.
