Upgrading wireless card

I have a new Time Capsule and was wondering if I can put an 'n' wireless card in my 1½ year old MacBook? Am I limited to buying an Apple card or are there other options?
 
Nope, you're stuck with what it's got in it.

If you have a mid-2007 model MacBook (June/July), then you already have 802.11n networking.

You can always purchase a Mac-compatible USB wireless dongle, but I believe your Mac already has 'n' wireless networking built-in.
