Im sure many people like Youtube, because of many wonderful videos and information. I have a lot of funny DVD video recorded during my travel. I want to upload them to Youtube so that other people could enjoy them. But it seems that DVD video cannot be uploaded to Youtube directly because of the format incompatibility. Do you know any program or software could solve this problem?

Here's a Youtube support page that tells you which formats are directly supported by Youtube.

So, all you need to do is make sure your videos are in one of those formats.
And, there's good, free software that will help you with that, and even some that you already know about:
