I am the proud owner of an iBook G3, purchased in the fall of 2003, which has been through two logic boards and recently the cd drive overheated and friend itself and my hard drive. I am now in the process of purchasing a new computer for myself and was wondering if i could harvest the RAM, i belive i have 712 MB of RAM in it, and put it in my new PB G4, thus eliminating the need to buy extra RAM with my new computer. Is this feasible or not?

Thanks

You can still sell the RAM. And there are other parts that can't be fried .. e.g. Keyboard and battery could be sold too - the less wasted the better. And then just get more RAM for the new Powerbook.
