Utilities missing

I have installed Tiger on my Powerbook but the only programs in the utilities folder are:

Powerbook batter updater
Java folder
iPod software updater
Airport Setup Assistant

One of the main programs missing is 'System Profiler' which I really need.

How did you install Tiger? Clean Install? Archive & Install? Upgrade Install?

Did you select/deselect any packages to be installed -- in other words, did you "customize" the installation when you installed, or did you do the default installation?
