Looks like it's formatted to auto-run some sort of Windows program when used on a Windows computer.
You can try poking through the folders to see if there's any "raw" images you can view or any kind of "raw" data the Mac can "see," but if not, your only option would be to secure access to some sort of Windows computer (either a physical computer, or perhaps an emulation or virtualization on your Mac like VirtualPC or Parallels).
