VPC Burning

I don't think it is unless you're using an external USB drive. The reason is that VirtualPC doesn't have direct access to the hardware of the Mac -- it's all emulated access, and burning a CD/DVD requires direct access to the burner.

USB is a special case for Virtual PC, though, and I believe would work.
