Waking macbook pro from sleep freezes OS

A most annoying and occuring often issue.

When I use my macbook pro, with everything working fine, as soon as I close the lid on my pro and later open it, i notice my machine freezes for 90% of the time with two seconds to allow me to do something and then still freeze. Something must not be working when my machine wakes up from a sleep.

Anyone have any ideas on how i could work this out.

Cheers

Do these steps:

1. Download Yasu.

2. Run all the maintenance cleaning routines letting the program to eboot you Mac.

3. Immediately manually reboot to rebuild your Startup/Shutdown routines.

4. Open System Preference->Energy Saver and change a setting a small ways to reset the Energy Saving preferences. This might help.

5. Cross your fingers.

Better yet, download Applejack

Applejack will do everything Yasu or Onyx cleanup maintenance routines will do, only better.
It runs in single user mode before OS X is loaded, and really cleans things out.
The first time I tried it after running yasu, I selected the option to clean "User" caches, my screen scrolled for over a minute with files being cleared out.
