Warning message.....how to get rid of it?

Running 10.2 with no troubles at all, but I'm getting very frustrated each time I shut down my computer. I am asked every time....Are you sure you want to shut down your computer now? Yes, I'm quite sure!! How can I get rid of this annoyance?

Hold down the option key when you choose shutdown
