When I boot Vista, it's appear 'Warning :' something.

It says like 'Unrecognized drive' or something, and then, I can run Vista after that warning. What should I do?

What should I do?

You should re-create the problem, then write down the exact error message instead of guessing what it said. Error messages can be worded similarly for extremely different problems. Without knowing the exact error message, there's not much we can do in the way of helping you resolve it.

But: Don't simply ignore the message's content. Sometimes, the error message _actually_ says what the problem is, and the solution could arise from that.
