Which of these PowerBooks should I buy?

Hi. I'm in great doubt about which one of these PowerBooks I should buy. I'll use it mainly for Graphic Design (Photoshop, After effects, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, flash). I really don't care about screen size since I have an external monitor. With my available budget I got these three options (the first one is the cheapest, the second one is $100 more and another $100 the last one):

• 1.33GHz PowerPC G4 with 64MB Graphics Memory
• 1.256GB DDR333 (256MB built-in + 1GB SO-DIMM)
• 80GB Ultra ATA drive @ 5400rpm
• Combo Drive (DVD-ROM/CD-RW)
• AirPort Extreme Card
• Keyboard/Mac OS - U.S. English
• 1.33GHz PowerPC G4
• NVIDIA GeForce FX GO 5200 with 64MB DDR Video Memory
• 12.1-inch TFT Display

• 1.5GHz PowerPC G4 with 64MB Graphics Memory
• 512MB DDR333 SDRAM - 1 SO-DIMM
• 80GB Ultra ATA drive @ 5400 rpm
• Combo Drive (DVD-ROM/CD-RW)
• Backlit Keyboard/Mac OS - U.S. English
• AirPort Extreme Card
• 15.2-inch TFT Display

• 1.33GHz PowerPC G4 with 64MB Graphics Memory
• 1GB DDR333 SDRAM - 2x512 SO-DIMMs
• 80GB Ultra ATA drive @ 5400 rpm
• Combo Drive (DVD-ROM/CD-RW)
• Keyboard/Mac OS - U.S. English
• AirPort Extreme Card
• 15.2-inch TFT Display

Which one would you choose??
Thanks in advance,

I'd got with #2 and then add the another 512 of RAM from someone other than Apple....

But I'd 'take' any of them!

Later,
Eddie

Most definitely the second one (the 15" with the 1.5GHz processor). You can always add more RAM later, and most likely for cheaper.

The 12" PowerBook just won't cut it for you. If you do have the option, I would suggest getting the 128MB video RAM model, if you can fit that into the budget. Otherwise, the 1.5GHz 15" PowerBook, all the way.

#2, though I'd drop the extra $50 for the 128mb video card while I was at it.
