Wireless keyboard for Macbook pro

I recently purchased a wireless keyboard with both english and thai letters, but it came with no instructions and I don't know how to switch it over so I can use a translation program on Google.

I am using OSX Leopard . I am trying to switch it back and forth from english to thai so I can use a translation program both ways.

If you open your System Preferences, then International prefs pane - click on Input Menu.
Check each language item that you want. There should be at least a couple of Thai language choices.
Now you will have a 'flag' menu in your menu bar. Click on that, and choose the language that you want. Your keyboard will change over to Thai (or whatever)
If you also want the menus, dialogs, and file sorting to change to Thai language, then set that up under the language tab there...

Is the International menu present on the menu bar? If not, activate it from the International pane of System Preferences, where you can also turn on the relevant keyboard layouts to appear there and be accessible. You can also change the keyboard shortcut to switch among them in the relevant pane of the Keyboard preference pane.
