My mac mini ( leopard os ) will not connect to my wireless router network if the router security function ( pass code ) is activated ... I have windows machines that will connect to the wireless network using the same pass code ... I have tried different pass codes with same results ... when I disable the security function the mac will reconnect to the network ... the router is a linksys 802.11b 2.4 ghz broadband router ... any ideas ? thanks in advance ... Rob
 
First there was a well know Linksys problem with their older firmware. So install the latest firmware for you router.

If you still can't log into a WEP security try putting a $ sign in front of the password to see if that works.
