yahoo quits unexpectedly?

hey im sorta new here, but recently ive been having annoying problems with my yahoo messenger.

now and again it'll work fine. then sometimes when i wanna log in it just keeps 'quiting' unexpectedly.. does anyone know how to fix or why this is happening?

would be much appreciated if i could get a reply .. i use it for video chat since the msn on my mac doesnt allow video.. unless there is an msn for mac that does?

When something happens like this it usually a Preference file for the application that got messed up (hopefully). So Remember you contacts then go to /YourHardDrive/Users/YourUserName/Library/Preferences/ and find the Yahoo preference files. Take those Yahoo preference files and put them on you desktop. Then re-launch Yahoo messenger and see if you still get it quitting. If this doesn't fix the problem you can always put the preference files back where you got them.
