zte hsdpa modem on macbook

can't seem to install/run my zte hsdpa modem on my macbook, works well on windows xp, though. need help...thank you.
 
It may just not work, period. Does the manufacturer provide drivers for the modem for Mac OS X? Does Mac OS X "recognize" the modem -- either in System Profiler or in the Network pane of the System Preferences?
