We get files from a client that are locked. I can unlock them (get read/write permissions) on my computer, but if the files get sent to the Snap server first, they are LOCKED in there: can't move them, delete them, or overwrite them. The only thing I can do is rename them: "TOSS"! How can I get...

From the Mac (OS X 10.3) we can see the Win XP computer, and pull files back and forth. But from the XP, you can only see the one main drive of the Mac, not the partition where we keep all the files. So to file from XP, we always need to go through the Mac. Why is this? Is there a fix? :confused:

My experience: the first time I used InDesign CS2 it wouldn't open an older InDesign file that had 2 words on it. It froze everything.
