Yeah, if you're running a webpage, you shouldn't sleep your computer. It's just inconvenient. If you have to sleep your computer, I'd recommend finding a cheap webhosting company to put your pages on.

I use www.rcthost.com for my hosting needs. They've got PHP, unlimited MySQL databases, lots of space and bandwidth, tons of configuration options, unlimited subdomains, and a hell of a lot more, for around $99 a year (based on their current plans... they seem to change their specials a lot)...

The G4 is faster overall anyways in math or incredibly CPU-intensive operations, like Photoshop, or any other graphics/video program. If I were you, I'd just save for a new computer and sell your G3, the motherboard of your computer would probably severely impact the speed gained, and it's best...

Just wanted to say, the keyboard on the iBooks may look "junky", but its not. It's very solid, stable, and feels perfect if you're used to a laptop keyboard, and even if you arent, its easy to adjust to.
