I have a G4 867 Quicksilver. I purchased a HP L2335 monitor. I works fine on VGA at 1920 X 1200. I have a Belkin adapter for ADC to DVI, but I can't get any monitor signal on the DVI input to the monitor. I did ZAP the PRAM, but no help. Any ideas? Thanks

I have an Adaptec 2906 SCSI card in an 867 G4 Quick Silver. It works fine in 10.3 but causes a kernel panic on boot if anything is connected to it in 10.4. The last Adaptec driver is from 2002. Does anyone have a solution to this? Thanks.

I use an adapter made by farallon. It works fine. It adapts the ethernet connection to appletalk.

Apparently OS X needs to be on the original bus that was ortiginally used in the system. I installed it on the original 4GB drive and it worke fine. Thanks for the reply. Fran

I have a Biege G3 266 with a 20GB Drive partioned in 4gb and 16gb. Mac OS9.2.1 is on the 16GB partition. It a slave on the IDE bus with the CD reader. There is also a 4 GB drive that is the origional drive on the machine. It has Mac OS 9.1 on it. Both work fine. I installed OSX on the 4 GB...
