    I remember...

Number munchers and word munchers, where you controlled those funny looking pac-man-with-leg type things, and you had to eat the numbers that added up to 5 or the words that rhymed? I remember playing these things back in 1st grade (1986). And I do remember Logo also. The apples in school...

    Weird Airport thing

Hey all! Thanks for the help. I was just being a dumba$$ and didn't realize that the dock extras folder existed. I appreciate it!

    Weird Airport thing

Hey all, so I know that I used to have an airport icon in my dock. I restarted my computer today..and it was mysteriously gone. Airport still works and all...but I just have no idea how strong my signal is anymore. Has anyone else had this happen? And if this is the case, has anyone figured...

    CD Burning in 10.0.2

Grr...I've tried unsuccessfully to burn some CDs using iTunes in 10.0.2. It recognizes my burner (QPS Que! 8x4x32), but I keep getting an error -7932, no matter what speed I burn at. Any suggestions, other than waiting for Apple to improve support for burning? :)

    Classic Question

LOL! I supposed I should have called it "Booting Into Classic" question. I guess that would've made a bit more sense, huh? :D Drew

    Classic Question

Hey all, so maybe I'm overlooking something really simple...but is it possible to open up classic using the OS 9.1 base set of extensions, but boot into 9.1 using my normal set of extensions? Or do I just have to open up my extensions manager and make the switch every time I go back and...

AOL Instant Messenger -- When WilL We Have Support?

well, I downloaded Fire 0.24, and in the readme, it states that Epicware has been forced to remove the AOL client from Fire. Hmm...does it surprise anybody that AOHell would do this after they released their own OS X IM client, no matter how slow, bloated, etc., it may be? Go figure.

AOL Instant Messenger -- When WilL We Have Support?

well, I actually don't think that AOL sucks any less...I think they dropped the ball. HOW long ago did SJ announce the March 24th release date?:) Hehe..I'm sure that perhaps somewhere in there, IM is a REALLLLLY complex program (note slight hint of sarcasm), but ya figure that the big guys...

AOL Instant Messenger -- When WilL We Have Support?

well, if you go here: http://www.aol.com/aim/macosx.html there are what seem to be screenshots of the OS X IM...and they say that it's close to being done...but close is such a relative term (remember how long it took to upgrade Mac users from AOL 3.xx-4.0??) So...I guess we just have to...

    Mail question

OK...so I'm trying to figure out how I can use mail to filter messages from different groups in my address group into different folders. I've figured out how to make the new folders, but they're going in under "Personal mailboxes" and not my school account. Does anybody have any insight on this?

    Fire 0.22a

well, I've reverted to using the Classic version of IM...and it's not that big of a hassle...but who wants to look at the classic GUI?? hehe

    Fire 0.22a

well...it did have a workaround to that problem...up until this morning, when I got a message from AOL saying that I was online illegally!

    Fire 0.22a

Grrr.. Well, AOL's decided to knock all of the Fire users off too since it's not official AIM/AOL software...kinda makes you wish that AOL would get off its @$$ and get a carbonized version of at least IM out there, ya know? Drew

    AOL Instant Messenger

ok, this might be kind of a dumb question...but how can I expand the openup file when it's first downloaded?
