So what do you think it could be ? Many boards and articles say it's a music device, like a MP3 player, but that wouldn't be too amazing unless ....... it could be a PDA that plays MP3's ! It's just a stab in the dark. Apple say it's not a mac but could it be a new chip ? Maybe the 64 bit...

just found out that office v X will 199 for academics.

Microsoft will be selling office XP to teachers and students for a discounted price of 149, almost a 70% savings. Do you think office v 10 will also be discounted ? Another question, will each copy need to registered online for it to work like windows XP ? Mac OS 10.1 rocks !!

Anyone try using netscape 6.1 of mac os x ? What are your thoughts ? I know we have to wait till 10.1 to use java so we can't test that, and i read that netscape 6.1 hangs on dual processors.

Do you think oracle will make a version of it's database for Mac OS X Server ? What about their application server which is a modified apache and tomcat ? They are also planning a new 100 % java IDE (jdeveloper 9i) do you think we'll be seeing that as well ?
