I was initially thinking that it would be released on the 28th along with the music service and new iPods. But I don't know about that. They might have some other way of doing it.

Well you can hollow out and old imac and wear it as a hat or something. I prefer to use the keyboard as a sort of underwear . sorry couldn't resist. I guess you could try ebay for shirts and stuff i guess. other then that i don't know.

I like what fryke said. I agree . It will always play music. But the reason why I am waiting is because it sounds like an upgrade is iminent and it not being a time sensitive thing for me meaning I don't mind waiting a little bit, then I will wait. But if nothing comes out and its the beginning...

I have the EyeTV and I really like it. The movies it captures aren't "easily" editable with other programs. Meaning that you have to do a workaround. Yea I agree with Ugg, it's just something they threw together real quick. I'm sure the iPod will look exactly the same as the old with maybe the buttons moved or maybe not. But i'm sure apple will do a good job anyway. Were people unhappy with button placement? Not sure why they would do this...

FireWire is great but I don't have any peripherals for it because they are all so expensive! iPod, if i get one, will be my first one.
