I seem to have difficulties closing tabs with the keyboard shortcuts in Mozilla. I use Command-W (or Apple-W if you prefer), and most of the time it doesn't work. Sometimes it does. I just can't figure it out. Has anyone else had this behavior? Before anyone asks if I'm pressing the keys...

Actually, I've tried using their Deskshop software (on Windoze) a couple of times (a while back), and it failed miserably. Maybe it's gotten better since then. I'll considering ditching the card, but it's the only card I have that allows me to download my statements directly from within...

That's the weird part. I never went through any press3 links. I was just using the links within the macosx.com site. Somehow I was being routed to press3 pages. :confused:

I was in the News and Rumor forum, trying to post a reply to a thread. I composed my reply, submitted it, and got directed to a press3 site with a 404 error. I went back to my reply and tried to resubmit. Same problem. I went back and clicked on the link to take me back to the News and...

Actually, I got frustrated with it about a month or so back. I'm pretty sure I was using the most current version available then. I just got the spinning pizza of death, whereas with previous versions I would have intermittent connectivity but no pizza. I'm just gonna wait for Jaguar to...

Oh whoops, I forget who I boast to about my iMac. :D I nearly had a bad experience installing RAM in the lower slot. I had a horrendous time pulling the processor card off, and then I didn't get it seated properly when I was putting it back together. Guess what? It didn't boot. :eek...

I, on the other hand, despise SMB Browse and Sharity. :mad: Sharity seems unstable and unreliable, and I can't make SMB Browse work unless the PC is booted *after* the Mac. Built-in SMB client works for me! Jaguar will fix all these problems. :cool: :D

Forgetting. . . . "Those who don't know history are bound to repeat it." Or something like that. I don't think we should forget, just move past it. This might even make the community stronger. Hope springs eternal. :)
