Ok so it's been established that MSN messenger sucks, and practically anything else is better... All my friends use MSN, so I wouldn't need all the different options in Fire (or the other messaging services...). Anything that only does MSN that isn't MSN Messenger?? (Probably not...:rolleyes: )

Quick Convert doesn't always work right when it's run in OS X... Try using it in Classic... Maybe it's your icon making program, what do you use?? Other than that I've got no idea... I changed my HD icons no prob using that same set of direction...

If you download Tinker Tool from Version Tracker it allows you to view hidden files. I'm not sure if it shows all the files you want, but apparently it allows you to view all hidden files...:) Hope that helps!

I can only help you with one (maybe two...) things... To have the icons set at those set sizes (16x16, 32x32, 64x64(?), and 128x128) you can hack your file menu to have a icon size selection and you can go to any of the specific sizes mentioned above. It also allows you to have different...

Or get a icon making program, such as Iconographer. You can probably download it from Version Tracker, and I have to say it's really good. (a bit more complex than just making a 128x128 picture, though...)

Check out apple's Mac OS X downloads page and download Launch Bar! It is very cool!!!! I especially like the ablity to hide it into the Menu Bar... It's a very sweet program in my opinion...:D
