Napster apparently is PC only that's why I was asking after an alternative. I hope iTMS does roll around soon. Though, having said that, I don't know how much milage I'll actually get out of it. I haven't seen much on the US site that actually floats my boat... Be handy for the classics though.
If we mac users in Europe can't use Napster or other similar stores and there's no sign of iTMS arriving on our shores anytime soon, does anyone know of any sites, other than Warp records, where we can download decent music?
Adding a colour screen to an iPod does seem a little like "fitting wheels to a tomato. Time consuming and pointless." There would seem to be very little need for it unless the new device's hardware warranted it, e.g. a built in digital camera or if it were to be changed to a PDA. Surely the iPod...
You have to be kidding. I think that would irrevocably damage my faith in Apple. I've had issues with certain aspects of their development for a while now, mostly little doubts that have started to gnaw away at my love for them, such as the recent 'rumoured' tie-in with 'Starbucks' amongst...
Well Adobe Creative Suite weighs in on Amazon.com at around $900. $900 dollars is currently worth £500. Not far off half-price as it's £900 in my local shop.
Morning all. I have a friend staying somewhere around Central Park and I've asked him to bring me back some prog, Adobe CS & Macromedia Studio MX to be precise. Does anyone have any suggestions of decent, cheap retailers in that area?

Couldn't agree with you more moktus. I'm becoming increasingly concerned and vexed with certain things about Apple over the last couple of years but to hear the name even mentioned in the same sentence as 'Starbucks' frankly makes my blood run cold. I've always thought of Apple as the...
What's a 'Lucky Bag'? Does it contain a pencil, a slice of cake, a rubber in the shape of an ice-cream cone and an "Action Jack'? Remember those? If you're under 30 - probably not.
Guys & gals, does anyone have a definitely positive recommendation for Norton Utilities type program that's compatible with Panther? My old copy of Norton appears to be useless.
Is my 'Airport Extreme' broken? The connection keeps dropping off from 3 'waves' to 2 then off completely. It sometimes comes back but occasionally when I go to the menu to check it out, I'm back to the 'create a network' menu and my set-up has gone. If it comes back I'm greeted with an 'error...
