That's "legal" copyright. Any work you create, you have copyright over. You then have the option of registering it with the copyright office to make it legal - which just makes it easier to sue down the road.

this probably isn't the response you're lookin for but, you need to sign onto iChat. then open up AIM, and create a profile. you can then close AIM. as long as you don't close iChat it'll keep your profile. kind of lame, i know. but it's the only way i know of...

Aside from lowering the quality, if you have a lot of files you need to transfer, you'll get much more files with one CD-R, if you burn as data. (3 MB per song compared to 30 - 50 MB per song when burned as a CD audio)
