IP Scanner will tell you if anyone is hijacking wireless bandwidth. It won't help you compose a thank you message to any forum members who you PM-ed asking how to post new threads, but that's ok, cuz that can happily wait until you've got your current problems sorted out. Good luck with that :)

Sorry to bump an ancient thread, but I had this problem too, and the solution is to download the latest version of iChatUSBcam (see the top Known Issue here). Just thought I'd mention it as no one ever posted a solution.

If you click on the bookmarks "book" icon on the bookmarks bar, around fifth item down you'll see a "History" option. Choose your date, highlight the offending link and hit delete. Don't know if this is what you're after, but it's a way of selectively keeping your history in check.
