There is no patch what so ever!!!! I just purchased a Belkin (third party) card reader and then it worked in OSX. I don't know why kodak doesn't fix it? Anyway problem solved.

I have a DP867. It's nice but I wish I kept my iBook DVD G3500 (white) as it did the same thing (a little slower & quiter) but was cheap and portable.

OH MY GOOD! I have the same problem! I have a DP 867 and ever since I have upgraded to 10.2.4 it cannot hold the date and time. I don't think it's the battery as it's only a month old. Hmmmmmm :(

Althoung only a month ago I purchased (after saving for months AND months) a DP867. I'm a little disappointed that I did not wait. On the other hand looking at the new line-up and the price I have a sence of happiness that the new line-up is Apple slightly out of the price/slow hardware rut...
