I've definitely never had this problem. Bootcamp loaded just fine on my Macbook Pro. Try going to the Apple Store and talking to the guys at the Genius bar. They can most likely help you (if they aren't incompetent). My other recommendation would be to use a different kind of Windows...

I've not had this problem with my Windows Live Messenger and running XP on bootcamp. It starts up immediately when I start Windows, and I've never had the blue screen of death (yet). I just installed XP on my 20" iMac the weekend before Thanksgiving. Maybe try to download the newest version...
