I was trying to conduct an interview the other day over Skype. All was well. I used Audio Hijack to jack Skype and it got my interviewee's voice fine. However, I need mine in there too! After all, Im asking questions. Any solutions or ideas?

I have an idea. You can afford a G5. Go buy a Wireless-G router from Linksys or an Airport Extreme (if you're fancy like me). Problem solved. G5 no longer wasted. :)

Doesnt hurt to run ipconfig if it's a windows box or ifconfig on a linux box. Itll tell you the current ip. Its probably at a different private address. ie: 10.0.1.4 i SMB'd to before, then i rebooted my linux server...and now ifconfig says its at 10.0.1.8 so now i have to go there. Try that...

Oh. Question: WHERE IS IPHOTO!?! I cant find it on the Tiger DVD anywhere and it didnt install it and I used iPhoto a lot! How can I fix this? Is it buried on the DVD? I know they include it with iLife but I dont have iLife and dont feel like buying it...help!

I love it. Fast, sleek, love Dashboard and Spotlight, Safari is actually usable now, and Automator is great. I love it. So worth it.

Why use Quicksilver when Spotlight is better? Anyway I can bind the control key so that it'll open up the spotlight search bar?

Just installed Tiger and Im very pleased. Def. worth the $35 I paid for it muahahahaha. But yeah, I love the widgets. Dashboard is very polished and Spotlight is the best.

Allright. My 12" AlBook is like 1.5 years old or so now. The battery holds a charge for about 10 min or so which sucks, but the main concern now is the AC Adaptor. Both the extension cable and the fold-in plug don't work. I used to be able to wiggle stuff around and what not but no longer does...

The monitor I had...was some generic beige KDS 17" monitor. Im just gonna go drop $100 on a new one tomorrow..but I wish i didnt have to. It keeps clicking in the back.
